We will endeavour to highlight any significant or substantive changes to you where possible. If you choose to use our website then we will regard that use as conclusive evidence of your agreement and acceptance that these terms govern your and www.oscarrazor.com.au’s rights and obligations to each other.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
It is an essential pre-condition to you using our website that you agree and accept that www.oscarrazor.com.au is not legally responsible for any loss or damage you might suffer related to your use of the website, whether from errors or from omissions in our documents or information, any goods or services we may offer or from any other use of the website. It shall be your own responsibility to ensure that any products, services or information available through this website meet your specific, personal requirements. You acknowledge that such information and materials may contain inaccuracies or errors and we expressly exclude liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law.

COMPETITION AND CONSUMER ACT
For the purposes of Schedule 2 of the Australian Consumer Law, in particular Sections 51 to 53, 64 and 64A of Part 3-2, Division 1, Subdivision A of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), www.oscarrazor.com.au’s liability for any breach of a term of this agreement is limited to: the supplying of the goods or services to you again; the replacement of the goods; or the payment of the cost of having the goods or services supplied to you again.You must be over 18 years of age to use this website and to purchase any goods or services.

DELIVERY OF PHYSICAL GOODS
www.oscarrazor.com.au uses Australia Post and/or other reputable courier companies to deliver physical goods. Deliveries are processed promptly upon receipt of full payment. Delivery may take between 2 and 14 days, depending on the delivery company chosen. www.oscarrazor.com.au is not responsible for goods that are either damaged in transit or not received. Damaged or lost orders should be resolved with Australia Post or the courier company directly. Replacement of damaged or lost items is made at the discretion of www.oscarrazor.com.au.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
www.oscarrazor.com.au handles handles returns and processes refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection legislation. If you are unhappy with our Goods at any time, please follow the cancellation policy in your Subscriber Terms (log in to your account and cancel any further shipments). You can cancel at any time and make no further payments.

If you have experienced a problem or fault with any of the Goods, please contact us directly as soon as possible and we will endeavor to replace or address your issue.

 

SUBSCRIPTIONS
When you register for a subscription, you expressly acknowledge and agree that (a) OSCAR (or our third party payment processor) is authorised to charge you on the frequency of shipments you most recently selected (e.g. every two, three or four months or otherwise) for your subscription for as long as your subscription continues, and (b) your subscription is continuous until you cancel it or we suspend or stop providing access to the sites or products in accordance with these terms. You may skip any shipment or cancel your subscription at any time, subject to the terms set forth on our site and herein.

You will be sent an automated email two (2) days before your next renewal to notify you that you are due to be billed again soon. For reasons outside of our control, these emails may occasionally end up in your Spam folder. To avoid this, please addinfo@oscarrazor.com as a contact in your mail provider. We cannot take any responsibility for missed notifications, so please take note of your Delivery Schedule. The renewal dates are based on calendar month: so if you sign-up for Lite Shave Plan on August 10, your next renewal will be on October 10. You can expect a renewal notification on or before October 8.

Cancellation policy To cancel your subscription you must do so via our Customer Portal. Alternatively, you may email us atinfo@oscarrazor.com, please be advised that we are based in Sydney. Emailing us outside of office hours will mean that your cancellation will not be processed until after 9am the following business day. For this reason, we recommend cancelling the subscription yourself, to ensure you do so before the subscription is renewed. In order to cancel your subscription, you must do so before the date of your next renewal (as shown in the Customer Portal > Manage Subscriptions > Delivery Schedule). If you do so after the charge is processed, we are unable to cancel and refund a renewal once an order number has been assigned.

 Discounted and Free Trials From time to time we may offer discounted and/or free trials of certain subscriptions for specified periods of time without payment or with discounted payment. If we offer you a discounted or free trial, the specific terms of that trial will be provided in the marketing materials describing the particular trial or at registration. Once your discounted or free trial ends, we (or our third party payment processor) will begin billing your designated payment method on a recurring basis at the then applicable price for your subscription for as long as your subscription continues, unless you cancel your subscription prior to the end of your trial. Instructions for canceling your subscription are as described above. We reserve the right to modify or terminate discounted and/or trials at any time, without notice and in our sole discretion.
