No order received, no reply to emails

Does the consumer matter anymore? Order has been in transit for 3 weeks, no updates, multiple emails sent to info, but absolutely not a soul to reply.

After several years I am considering cancelling my subscription because I’ve noticed a deterioration in the quality of the blades over the last year which may be a cost cutting exercise. Each blade now only gives me about 3 decent shaves before I need to replace it. Now not good value for money with several other options now available on the market.
