We have the answers


All OSCAR orders are assembled and fulfilled by the team at Beehive Industries in Sydney. Beehive is a Not For Profit Social Enterprise supporting seniors and persons with disability.

Please make sure you review your order details at the checkout. Once received, orders cannot be changed, cancelled or redirected.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email when your order has been dispatched (within 2 business days). We do not process or dispatch orders on weekends or on NSW public holidays.

Please note:Shipping times are a guideline and subject to change. You may experience slightly longer delivery times during peak periods, due to wild weather, or due to other delivery issues that are unforeseen or unavoidable events beyond our reasonable control.


Due to their size and weight, orders containing razors only are sent without tracking. For orders containing Gels and Oils your shipping confirm email will contain your tracking information. You can track the progress of your order through to shipment via clicking the link in this email.

Authority to leave

Our orders are sent with Authority to Leave (ATL) by default. Untracked orders (i.e. orders containing razors only) will be left in your letterbox.  

For tracked orders (ie. orders containing Shaving Gel/Oil), if nobody is present at the delivery address, your order will be left in a safe place, as chosen by the driver. This may be by the front door, at the reception or concierge's desk, or as per your instructions. If you do not wish for your order to be left, please contact us before placing your order so that we may arrange this on your behalf.

Please note that even with ATL granted, this decision is at the discretion of the driver. If he/she finds no suitable safe place, they will leave an attempted delivery slip. Unfortunately this is outside of our control. Some of our customers report success with leaving a ‘please leave deliveries’ note on the door.   

Lost or damaged goods

If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact our Customer Service team atinfo@oscarrazor.com  If you have not received your order within 6 working days of dispatch, please contact us so that we can assist you.

International shipping

Orders placed on this website can only be delivered within Australia.
