These Terms of Use apply to all Subscribers to this website. We may modify and update these Terms of Use at any time, without notice. You need to ensure you review the Terms of Use from time to time. In using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use as well as any and all general Terms and Conditions posted on our website from time to time.

“Goods”, “goods” means razor blades and skincare products advertised on our website and any other products we may offer through our website from time to time.

“subscription” means both monthly and quarterly paid subscriptions which are both subject to these Terms of Use. “Service” or “Services” means the provision of razor blades in accordance with your chosen subscription.“We”, “our” and “us” means OSCAR RAZOR. “You”, “you” means the subscriber using our subscriber services and by doing so, agree to these Terms of Use.

SUBSCRIPTION TERMS

You need to fill in your registration details that are required in the online form, chose the subscription model and individual products that suit your requirements and pay your subscription fee (“Fee”) in advance in order to receive any associated goods and services. The Fee is automatically renewed at the beginning of your chosen subscription period unless you or we cancel the subscription in accordance with the below Cancellation and Termination terms.

By subscribing, you agree you are doing so as an individual and not in any other capacity and agree that you are not purchasing our goods for any non-personal, commercial use including resale or redistribution of any kind. You are not permitted to resell or offer in any manner any of our goods at any time.

You agree to pay for your subscription and goods in advance and can cancel at any time in accordance with the below Cancellation and Termination policy.

You acknowledge and agree that you will not share your password or login details with any other person and you will keep your contact, payment method and other information updated.

You agree by signing up for our goods and services, that your subscription is automatically renewed on the anniversary of your subscription signup date and that you authorise OSCAR RAZOR to debit your nominated payment method provided by you to us. In accordance with your subscription choice, we will debit your payment method and send the nominated Goods to you on a regular basis. We will send the Goods on the anniversary of your first purchase date in accordance with your nominated subscription or a near as reasonably possible. If you do not receive the Goods, they are damaged or there is a problem with your order, please contact us as soon as possible through our contact details on our Contact page.

TO CHANGE OR CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION: You are solely responsible for cancelling your subscription. You may make any changes to or cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account on OSCAR RAZOR and following the relevant prompts and information.

You need to cancel 5 days prior to your next payment due date to avoid any additional charges to the nominated method of payment that you provided to us.

Should you have any questions or problems, please contact us immediately on our contact form. Upon cancellation or non-payment of your subscription, your subscription will automatically cease.

WE MAY TERMINATE YOUR SUBSCRIPTION AT ANY TIME: We have the right to terminate your subscription for any reason, at any time. You agree that we may, in our sole discretion, terminate or suspend your access to the website with or without notice and for any reason, including, without limitation, breach of these Terms of Use. Any suspected fraudulent, abusive or illegal activity may be grounds for terminating your relationship and may be referred to the appropriate law enforcement authorities. In the case of any fraud, breach of these Terms of Use, we are not required to provide any refund or part thereof to you for such termination of your subscription.

We reserve the right at any time and from time to time to remove, delete, alter or amend any Content or the website. Goods may change, be modified or unavailable for a period or permanently. Where these modifications affect your order or subscription, we will endeavour to notify you as soon as reasonably possible in the event we are unable to fill any order you may have placed.

We make no warranty that the website services will meet your requirements or be available on an uninterrupted, secure or error-free basis. We will use our best endeavours to ensure the website is always available and virus free but from time-to-time, and in some instances, this may not be the case as it may be out of our immediate control. We will endeavour to notify you if the website becomes unavailable for any lengthy and unusual time period.

You agree and acknowledge that the website uses third party vendors and hosting partners to provide the necessary software, hardware, service and storage.
