Sorry to see that you've awarded us with a one-star review. However we need to clarify a few things.
Firstly the order was indeed despatched Monday 2nd Dec to your new address. However at this time of year, Australia Post are slower than usual delivering. Typically it would be 4-7 business days, so it is overdue.
Secondly we need to point out that the subscription order was automatically triggered at 4.29am to the old address, BUT the subscription portal shows 'Address #106473138 updated by customer Nov 30, 2024 | 06:36:11am GMT+11'.
Since you updated the address an hour after the order was triggered, it did show the old address. However, we updated that in our fulfilment system. When customers update an address after the order is triggered, it does not retrospectively update past order, just all orders going forward.
We've gone back six months into our subscription portal but can only see the address was updated on Nov 30, 2024 | 06:36:11am GMT+11.
We do our best and from time to time make mistakes, but we have no control over Australia Post's delivery standards or when exactly customers updates their addresses.
We'll check in with you next week to make sure the order has arrived.
